• Experience: Over 25 years in active legal practice. Yvonne specializes extensively in conveyancing, commercial property transactions, corporate matters, banking, and civil litigation. She was appointed as a Notary Public by the Attorney General in 2016 to serve Langkawi Island.

Zuriana Zakaria

• Experience: Over 22 years in professional legal practice. Zuriana leads our contested civil litigation division, focusing heavily on contract disputes, construction law, land litigation, and sub-sale property transactions.

Tiew Ying Ying
